Let’s get this out of the way before anyone sues me, okay?
Everything you read here on keefechee.com is for general information and entertainment purposes only. I’m not your doctor, therapist, lawyer, or financial advisor. In fact, most days I can barely decide what to eat for lunch. If you’re looking for professional advice on your health, wealth, or relationships — please go to someone who’s actually certified, licensed, or at least gets paid to wear a white coat.
By day I have a normal job that pays the bills. But everything you read here has absolutely nothing to do with my employer, my colleagues, or anyone unfortunate enough to know me in real life. This site is my personal playground — independent, unofficial, and occasionally unhinged.
The stuff I write comes from reading, listening to podcasts (Huberman Lab, Diary of a CEO, Jay Shetty, etc.), digesting them, and then regurgitating them with a little flavor of my own. Think of me as a mental blender: you throw in knowledge, it comes out with toppings and sometimes questionable aftertaste. I don’t own the rights to those podcasts or their content. I’m just riffing on what I learn.
Use my writing at your own risk. If something works for you, awesome. If it doesn’t — don’t sue me, go blame Ray Dalio, or better yet, reflect on your choices like he always tells people to.
Also, I need to say this clearly: I am not representing any company, university, or organization. This site is entirely independent, fueled by coffee, and my tendency to overthink things.
As for money: at some point I may include affiliate links, sponsors, or other monetization schemes to keep the lights on and the caffeine flowing. If I ever do, I’ll tell you. For now, subscribing or supporting is basically just throwing fuel into the fire so I keep writing. Call it a donation. Call it sympathy. Whatever works.
So there you have it. Read, laugh, cringe, disagree, or ignore — it’s your call. Just don’t take this as gospel.
